1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Off Comps website and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Off Comps (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Off Comps is a wholesale intake service for trading card game (TCG) and sports card singles and slabs. Users submit lots of cards through the platform. We log each card, pull comparable sales data (“comps”), and compile an organized sheet against the current buy list.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Submissions and Lots

When you submit a lot through the Service, you represent that you have the legal right to sell the cards included. All comp values and estimates provided through the Service are based on publicly available market data and are estimates only — they do not constitute an offer, guarantee of purchase price, or appraisal.

Final payout amounts are determined after quality assurance review at the desk. Off Comps reserves the right to reject any card or lot that does not meet the current buy list criteria.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, design, and functionality, is owned by Off Comps and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

“Off Comps” and the Off Comps logo are trademarks of Off Comps. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented cards.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off Comps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that comp data or estimates will be accurate or complete.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service or other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
